Question:

If I were to build my own company, a company that provides mental health guidance to patients through the internet. The company aims to beat the stigma regarding counseling and therapy, which is the reason why it is done online for the client's convenience and liberty to seek help from professionals. The company's system offers free and premium membership which guarantees that the client can get the best solution to his/her mental health problems.

This is my business process:

There are a few steps that cover Company N's business process: booking, scheduling, problems being encountered by the patient, encoding, confirmation, counseling, payment, and succeeding sessions (if necessary).

Booking can be in the form of electronic mail (e-mail) or phone call since counseling will be conducted online. The IT Specialist will be responsible from booking up to confirmation. A program will be used to collate all the information that the IT specialist gathered and will also be sent to the company's CEO to further confirm all scheduled counseling. The IT specialist will also be taking care of what the customer needs and the CEO will be the one who will inform the patients on who they will be talking with.

Counselling differs on what the customer is having trouble with. Psychiatrists will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. They conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication, and evaluate treatment results.

industrial and organizational (I/O) psychologists focus on the behavior of employees in the workplace. They apply psychological principles and research methods to improve the overall work environment, including performance, communication, professional satisfaction, and safety.

Clinical and Counseling Psychologists provide assessment and recommendations for appropriate treatments, diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, review relevant literature, synthesize evidence-based materials, and translate complex behavioral health concepts, conduct case management and other administrative tasks as needed, provide referral services to outside therapists, clinics, and treatment facilities.

School psychologists are uniquely qualified members of school teams that support students' ability to learn and teachers' ability to teach. They apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior, to help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally.

Payment will be sent through the Company's bank account which will be handled by the CEO and will be encoded by the IT specialist. If there is a need to have a follow-up session for some patients, the employee that the customer has been talking to will inform the IT specialist of when the next session will be scheduled.
