QUESTION II - NEGLIGENCE (20 pts) Corporate negligence is a significant issue in society and leads to many kinds of harm. QUESTION III - CORPORATE CRIMES (20 pts) In discussing the law, we addressed criminal behavior by companies and raised some issues as to how criminal law generally could be applied in the corporate context.
