Question: Jack and Fazil

Jack is a student at Deakin College and is interested in wildlife photography. Jack goes to

Fazil's shop, a business selling professional cameras. He wants to buy a professional camera which is best suited for wildlife photography.

Jack informs Fazil that he just got a deal from Shuttermail, an image database operator for 500 wildlife pictures and that Shuttermail is willing to pay him $1,000 for the contract. Jack also mentions that he plans to use this camera to take pictures at his sister's wedding.

Fazil recommends Jack to purchase a Nikon AF-S, a top range professional camera, which will work for wildlife and wedding photography. Fazil also says "This camera is fantastic, you will never have any problems using it. It is a great quality camera and will produce professional standard photos."

However, after Jack purchases the camera, the camera's flasher does not work properly, and Shuttermail refuses to purchase any of the poor quality pictures that Jack has taken. His family also has to hire a professional photographer for $7,000 for Jack's sister's wedding.
