Brief Background of Krogman Metals.

Our main line of business is as a wholesaler of stainless-steel sheets and coils. We buy our material from both European and Asian mills, and these materials can be categorised as Prime and Secondary material.

We have a large warehouse in Rotterdam from where we distribute our materials into the EU.

The Netherlands:

Beltek HoldingCompany, under whichKrogman Metals BVandAdinox Stainless BVare set up in.

Adinox Stainless BV is a joint venture with our Malaysian partners. They provide us with stock material, and we sell the material to the EU market.

Turkey:

Nika Paslanmaz A.S

Currently operates under two functions:

• As a sales team for both Krogman & Adinox
• Buys and sells material for the Turkish market

United Arab Emirates

BT Inox

This is a newly set up company which will focus namely on the Middle East / Pakistan / India.

Suppliers of stainless-steel offer low quality materials for these regions, and we can benefit from these prices and market demand.
