The FB Live host of Lux Jewellery reply by informing Mimi on the price of RM399 on the pearl set G with one bid of RM50 and payment method by direct/credit card transfer within 2 days after the FB Live. Delivery methods by J&D delivery service. Mimi then commented on the FB Live chat that, she prefers the payment by Touch n Go E-wallet and asked whether that can be arrange. The FB Live host did not response. Mimi then bid for the pearl set G on the FB Live. She successfully bid for the pearl set G on the price of RM499. She still following the FB Live until 1:00am and she change her mind and then posted a comment on the FB Live by stating that she wants to withdraw her bid. Again, the FB Live host did not response. On 15^th February 2021, Lux Jewellery sent an invoice to Mimi requested payment of the purchase price of RM499. Mimi unsure about whether there is a contract between her and Lux Jewellery and seeks your advice.
