The term and condition of the agreement is that Majid will provide finance and Shahzaib provide his working skills and abilities. The place of manufacturing plant, machinery, instruments and all other materials is discussed by both of the parties and written on a legal paper. The first year of business remain smooth and both parties earn huge profit. In second year, Shahzaib realizes that all of the work is handled by him alone and Majid is only enjoying profits by doing nothing.
