You have been appointed by MLHUD as an urban planning consultant to spearhead the project. By selecting any low income settlement area of your choice within Kampala City, i) Identify the major contemporary housing issues associated with such settlements. (10 marks) ii) In what ways can urban planning be a solution to the above urban housing challenges?
