Question One Selina is the owner of a bakery. For the past year Sam has worked at the bakery for seven hours every Sunday. His job involves serving customers for which he is paid $20.00 an hour. Occasionally, Sam stays on an extra hour after work to help clean the bakery and rather than pay him for this extra time Selina lets him take home left-over bread. One day Selina learns that Sam used to be known as Jenny until he transitioned to living as a man ten years ago. Selina tells Sam that he does not think the bakery is the right place for a trans person as the customers might not like it. She also tells Sam that, as he is a casual worker, there was no promise of ongoing work, so it would be best if he goes quietly. Reguired: Refer to relevant law and identify, and explain, any problems in Selina's treatment of Sam
