My answer

As I met with my team, to go through the week's programming. The team provided feedback about how we can't always stick to the plan due to children having a different interest that day.

On day 2 of the week, I received feedback from my team that the planned activity was not going to plan as the children were uninterested. The team suggested providing the children with something else do. Later I met with my team to provide feedback on their flexibility, quick thinking and problem solving skills as it improved our team performance and improved the children's learning experience. The environment was better structured due to the change of providing activities the children were interested in.
