One option is purchase 2 separate off-the shelf packages, one for the registration process, called RegoPro, and one for the game-sheet entry called I-Sport, both applications will need some customisation. RegoPro is hosted on the software providers own web servers, there is an initial purchase fee of $3000 which covers the RegoPro setup, which will take 2 weeks, and training. Once the software is setup you estimate it will take you 3 weeks to make the necessary configurations and customisations. There is also a fee for integration with banking software, so that the clubs can pay their fees and fines online, this is a monthly fee of $55 per month, the season runs for approximately 7 months. RegoPro software support is based in the Philippines, and other sporting clubs that use this software have commented that it can take several days for them to get back to you once you log a support request with them. I-Sport application costs are license-based, one license is required per team registered and license must be purchase in packs of 10, at a cost of $16 per license or $160 a pack. There are currently 10 affiliated clubs with SoccerAssociation, however this is estimated to grow to 14 by the beginning of the season, and after further investigation you find on average each club will have 21 teams, some have less, and some have more. The second option is an all-in-one application called Let'sPlay, it is developed in Australia and has a great reputation, and due to this they need to schedule the setup, currently the schedule would have SoccerAssociation starting on 15th January, 2022, and will take approximately 2 weeks for them to get it ready. You estimate it is going take you 6 weeks to make all necessary customization to Let'sPlay for SoccerAssociation. Let'sPlay is a sporting website that can be fully customized to the specific needs of the sporting association. It is a module-based solution and modules include club registration, on-line shop for merchandise, competition management etc. Let'sPlay also have a mobile device application for the entry of game-sheet information in real-time. Let'sPlay has a single database for both the website and the game-sheet entry, which means the data does not need to be duplicated. Let'sPlay charge $4,200 per module, you will need the registration module and the game-sheet entry module Let'sPlay software provider, hosts the software and database at a cost of $330 per month, this includes the bank integration, all backups and maintenance.
