The purpose is to apply the course concepts of Training and Development to your own life and career to increase your knowledge of yourself and practical understanding of these concepts give a two and half page of essay. The content should be based on "Employee development". The essay should include following points:

1. Introduction:

few sentences on what the MBTI is (definition - 1 pt and source 1 point (0.5 for in-text, 0.5 for reference list at the end) and the objective of the current essay (1 point).

2. Main Results:

Describe your results at the 4 dimensions (4 points, 1 per dimension), and for each dimension, make sure you provide examples of daily life situations/past experiences at work in which some of your MBTI traits could be observed (4 points, 1 per dimension's example; + 2 points for quality - relevance and richness - of content).

3. Communication of preferences at work:

Based on these results, which type of communication suits you the best and why (2 points)? Please provide examples of concrete sentences you would prepare to let your team members or manager know about your working style based on your MBTI results - imagine you are writing them an email (8 points, 2 per dimension).

4. Adjusting to a manager's opposite MBTI type:

Let's imagine that your manager (or leader) is the exact OPPOSITE of your MBTI type on all dimensions (which type would this be? 2 points): How would you concretely need to adjust your communication with her or him to match their own preferences and increase your chances of being understood - that is, what could you concretely do or say, for each of the 4 dimensions? (8 points, 2 per dimension).

5. Conclusion:

Share, in a few sentences, on what are your 3 take-aways (main learning points) from this assignment/class discussion on the MBTI for your career and work (1 point per take away).
