Once you have found a case that involves parties within an employment law context, student's might consider some of the following points when undertaking this assessment 1. What is the case about i.e. what happened. 2. Who are the parties involved. 3. Which Judges heard the case. 4. Where did the case begin its journey i.e which court or tribunal heard the case first? 5. Are there any references to Legislation and if so which statutes are cited. 6. Did the Judges refer to any previous cases which were similar to the one being heard? If so which ones and why are they relevant? 7. What was the final outcome.
