Question Three: Directors Ella Manu is the chairperson of Manu & Associates, a firm of management consultants. Ella has seconded Fred Swift, a consultant, to advise Weaver Ltd, a struggling company. Gary Sparrow is the sole director and shareholder of Weaver. After several months, Gary is following Fred's advice on all matters relating to the business. In turn, Fred is following the instructions of Ella. A year later, the financial position of Weaver has become much worse, and the company is put into liquidation.
