Even though the company was successful, they all decided that the profits would be reinvested in the company and each director would be paid 10000/- per month as salary. After 3 years, disagreement started between Ali and the other directors on how to operate and run the company. Ahmed and Shifa made all the business decisions in advance and outvoted Ahmed at all the directors' meetings. Ali was angry and frustrated with how he was being sidelined from the company and eventually, he started to boycott the director's board meetings. He thought it was useless to attend the board meetings. Ahmed and Shifa have voted to remove Ali as a director at a general meeting and also have voted to distribute the profits by increasing the directors' salaries to 25000/- per month.
