QUESTION TWO. Kasapreko Brewery Company Limited agreed to supply 10,000 cartons of Alomo Gin Bitters for the 2019 Christmas Season to Asempa Hotel. It was agreed that delivery was to be made on or before 10th December 2019. As at 24th December 2019, Kasapreko Brewery Company Limited had not delivered the Gin Bitters. Asempa Hotels therefore repudiated the contract, arguing that the X mass season was almost over. On 5th January 2020, Kasapreko Brewery Company Limited intended to deliver and Asempa Hotel repudiated. Advice Kasapreko Brewery Company Limited. (10 marks)
