However Hashim is allowed to exercise the option to buy subject to inter alia a formal contract being drawn up and signed by both parties. Hashim has duly exercised the option but Azril refused to sign the agreement. Due to the dissatisfaction, Hashim decided to sue Azril for failure to honour the promise. Advise Hashim
