Question :

(Your team is a group of senior marketing professionals in your organization. You have been successful in meeting your sales quotas and in developing strong long-term relationships with your customers. Recently, the company has hired several junior sales representatives who are just learning about working with clients. They have not yet developed their persuasive writing and presentation skills, so your management team has asked your group to put together some guidelines for the junior sales team to help them understand the most important aspects of making professional persuasive presentations and writing professional and persuasive proposals. You will put together a report on how you intend to convey these best practices to your sales force. Your report will include research on effective ways to make persuasive presentations and write persuasive professional proposals. You will prepare a report to management that describes your findings and recommendations. You will also communicate your findings, recommendations, and action plan in a formal presentation to the management team.)

We have to make a report of this question and this are my research objective

  1. In order to effectively meet the requirements of your management team, you will: Write guidelines for effective persuasive communication, and Convey the information to the management team in a report and a presentation.

  1. Your research objectives should lead you to a solution of the problem you were givenspecifically to the part of your topic I highlighted in the above comment. None of these research objectives mention persuasive communication, proposal writing, or persuasive presentations. Here are some questions that your report will need to answer: What persuasive communication skills do sales people need to develop? The answer to the above research objective will likely then lead you to the remaining research objectives, such as how to make an effective sales presentation, @r how to write an effective sales proposal, how to effectively deliver a persuasive message, etc.
