Questionairre.docx A+ I have frequently heard from older adults that the teenagers of today are "worse" than they were when they were young. These viewpoints have included such criteria as rudeness, academic success (how often has one heard the phrase "Dumbing down of America?"), etiquette, laziness, and that they are spoiled and undisciplined. For this assignment, conduct two interviews, one from each age category: 30-59; 60+. I have attached two questionnaires that you ought to use. For the posting on the discussion board give a brief description of your findings and then your own conclusion as to whether adolescents of today are worse/better/same. I will be grading this dialogue differently than from the past ones. Since there are no required readings or videos for this dialogue, all you need to do to receive the full 20 points is to post the results. You don't need to respond to others postings on this one unless you want to. I will not be commenting on each one. Instead, I will be tallying the responses by the categories of worse/better/same. Then at the beginning of the following week I will post the results. I have been doing this for years and have kept a tabulation to see if there exists any difference in trends from year-to-year. I think it will be very interesting as to what the individuals you interview conclude as well as your conclusions about the status of today's teen. Age: QUESTIONNAIRE #2 Sex: Overall, do you feel this generation of adolescents is better/worse/same than previous. generations: Do you feel that teens of today are less, the same or more respectful than teens of the past? Do you feel that parents have a good understanding of today's teen? Do you feel that the music that teens listen to contains more or less negative messages than music of the past? Overall, does the media treat teens in a positive, neutral or negative light? Do you feel the media has a larger impact on teens today than in the past? Do you think that teens of today rebel less, the same, or more than teens of the past? Do you feel that teens of today are less, the same or more responsible than teens of the past? Do you feel optimistic/pessimistic about the future when today's teens become adults?
