1) Why were the unfair contract terms protections in Part 2-3 of theAustralian Consumer Law extended to small businesses in 2016? Was it a positive development?

2)Hasthe extension given rise to any difficulties, in particular the assessment of 'upfront price' and the number of employees required to establish a small business?

3) What were the reasons for further extending the unfair contract terms protections to insurance contracts as from 5 April 2021?
