Choose one case from the list of 6 which interests you the most. 2. Review the four concepts of legal thinking (below). 3. Write a reflection of how you could apply these concepts to an inquiry (thinking ahead.) You should be able to make at least one connection to each of the concepts. At the same time, one of the concepts may well dominate your thinking. That is okay. 4. You do not have to explain the four legal thinking concepts, rather apply them and or make reference to them. 5. In writing your response, you must include at a minimum, one connection to each concept, however, your reflection does not have to be balanced among the four concepts. 6. Create a document. Write your reflection and submit your document to the dropbox. Make sure that you consult the rubric and the success criteria. 7. This assignment should be between 3 and 6 paragraphs in length, respecting spelling, grammar, capitalization and proper sentence and paragraph structure. You want to include an introduction, development and conclusion. 8. Please take the time to proofread your reflection before submitting.
