Several terms and conditions have been highlighted in the Contract between Kelly Cosmetics and Chantiq, requiring Chantiq to promote the product on her Youtube channel within one month. Four months have passed, but Chantiq failed to carry out her duty as the ambassador. Bibi and Kelly Cosmetic is furious and intends to take legal action against Chantix. Bibi claims the company have suffered a massive amount of losses amounting to RM550,000.00 due to the failure of Chantiq in fulfilling her duty.
