You are intimately familiar with the Tq equation for multiple servers and are considering its implications for your business, both the customer service side and the financial side. Customers are concerned about the amount of time they spend waiting for service and this has been mentioned in a number of negative Yelp reviews. Help management reduce customer waiting time by taking any of these actions.

Pick any one element(at the atomic level) of the Tq equation that you as a manager might choose to change and which direction you would move (raise or lower) it.
