Our brand wants to focus on self esteem and does not want to discriminate against any type of body nor color. Quick fitting Provides good quality clothing for all ages and all sizes are welcomed. We decided to provide clothes for all sizes due to the fact that in this generation, many people have love once that they need to provide clothing for. We tend to always put our customers' experience before anything. We want to make shopping easier, accessible, and economic for our clients. Our goal as a company is to provide various options for everyone to shop goods for their friends, siblings or parents while fulfilling their own needs. Our motivation in this industry if to show the world that fashion is for everyone. No matter what size or body structure you have, that shirt or that dress is perfect for you. Our company wants to value every person as a canvas, where our store put magic to become them a piece of ART.
Our clothing store is not only thrift, but it is also retrospective. Quick fitting is only established within the USA and our two main stores are located in New York, and also New jersey. This does not mean that we are going to be established only in the USA. Our Goal in Ten years is to be a world wide corporation. Quick fitting is considered a retail corporation because it offers direct interaction with the customers.The store is a brand new business that has the capacity to satisfy our customers needs. The services that Quick fitting offers is a high quality experience in our customer service, because we are not only looking to satisfy our client's needs. We are looking to provide all customers an amazing experience with our store environment and our vendors too. So that customers feel confident and comfortable at the time to go to any of our stores to buy products.
Quick Fitting is providing customers with great quality clothing for a good price. The customer, doesn't matter your size nor age, they will be able to come in the store and find something that they like with great customer service which will fill the customer's needs. Some benefits and features of shopping with us are:
- 1st time purchase signs you up for a FREE account allowing you to obtain points from anything that you purchase. Every 10 dollars is equal to a 1 point, so when our clients collect 100 points they are going to be able to get 10% discount in their next purchase.
- We will have a rest area to provide snacks and drinks when the customers need to rest or their friends can wait until our client decide. Complimentary drinks and snacks once you enter the store. (If you have an account, you can take multiple drinks and snacks)
- If you have an account and you refer a friend, you will receive a bonus of $100 to spend in the store.
- Our store is Pet Friendly. We have a special place inside the store where you can leave your dog in charge of our workers and go relax and shop.
- Our own website where customers can check the available or price of a product before they come to the store, and if they decide to buy it they can bought it trought the website too.
Another important thing aboutQuick fittingis that our products will be made with machines so we can produce more products. Basically all of our materials will come from china. In the future you will see some of our products in other stores that's not Quick Fitting and you will be able to see more Quick Fitting stores all over the world. Based on where the items are being shipped too, we will use companies such as Fedex or UPS so we can reach the majority of the world. If there are certain places that UPS or Fedex can't reach we will find another company that goes there.
In our industry we believe that our business is in a good position right now. People are feeling better after the COVID19 situation, consequently they are going to go shopping more and enjoy every moment. We believe that the future is bright for this company especially due to the fact that we have apparel available for all sizes. Once people realize that we can provide them with all their clothing needs with great quality, they will never want to leave us. We don't have particular customers that come in because like I said our products can be worn/used by everyone and all sizes. It's not easy to say how many customers we have right now because our numbers continue to rise gradually during the week. When looking at other stores and the things they provide, oftentimes they are losing customers or not obtaining enough customers due to the fact that they're apparel only applies to one group of people. That's why we decided to sell our products to all sizes, with no discrimination of body structure.
Our potential for growth is huge right now because a lot of people are already interested and pleased with what we bring and we are a brand new store. Our plan for growth is to be world wide. Our numbers with sales supports our decision about growth. Pieces are selling out and the amount of people that come in the store or order online continues to increase. Our main competitors right now are newly opened stores that are doing great numbers right now with sales such as Prettylittlethings or FashionNova. I believe that with them being a new store, their strengths right now are sales and appealing to many female customers. Their weaknesses on the other hand is that they don't have any physical stores, only online purchases and the promotion for their store isn't really out there. A lot of people don't know about them. Our market position will be ads on multiple TV channels, social media, billboards etc. Since we are trying to capture the attention of young people of all sizes, social media will definitely do the job allowing everyone to see what we have to offer. Our comparative advantage against our competitors is the fact that any and everybody can find something they like that fits them while being unique from other brands. In the next 2 to 5 years we expect to be international. Having stores all over the world. Looking for areas that are known for their fashion district.
We have several pricing strategies in our store: Psychological pricing, Penetration strategy, and High-low pricing. Psychological pricing is a very common strategy in all companies. Customers will like to see more than an odd number in the pricing than a whole number. Second, we apply the penetration strategy by having the product prices low and attracting more customers. The third and last strategy we use in our store is the High-low pricing. The prices in our store are very affordable to all people but, we as persons, know that not all of our customers have the same financial status. For this reason, prices that our customers consider high we have special offers where prices become lower than the competition so that customers indulge searching for the products they want.
As mentioned above, first time purchases customers make they sign up for a free account where they will be collecting points in every purchase they make in the store or on the online site of the store. That leads us to a price advantage over our competitors.
Our promotional plan is Online advertising and Social advertising. Both of these forms of advertising in our store, we can see the interaction the customers made with our products. It will keep track of what customers click on to see which of our products is he/she interested in. Therefore, with all these pricing and promotion strategies we try to fulfill all the expectations and needs that our clients have about our store.
