Most of Bob's marketing ideas failed, thus Phil and Eddie's designs fail to sell, and H&K is now in financial difficulties, unable to pay its creditors. Despite knowing H&K's financial difficulties, Phil and Eddie decide to enter into a contract with a supplier in China to sell their designs in China, hoping the sale would enable H&K to recoup its losses. Unfortunately, this does not eventuate as their designs failed to sell in China and the company is now in liquidation. Provide advice on whether Phil and Eddie have breached any of their director's duties
