You are in a new role as a member in a team that assigned to work on a project under the training and development section in human resources department. In your organization, a number of employees comes late and many are not punctual. In addition, you have above average absenteeism rate. Therefore, you need do something to solve this issue and it might start with evaluating employees' performance from time to time, but remember a healthy work-atmosphere is essential. This will require motivating your employees, understanding their fear and skills, knowledge, understand their ability and willingness towards a task and advice their direct supervisor to use the right leadership style to get jobs done. In addition, reward system might be required, and therefore, discuss this in your team if you think you will use a reward system and what and how.In a group discuss this aforementioned matter and show how your team investigate the scenario and solve this issue.
