Rachel is a cleaning custodian at RBB Company. She works the overnight shift after the premises are closed to clients, customers and most other employees. Recently, her manager Jordan noticed that Rachel attended an anti-immigrant rally at City Hall. Rachel did not speak at the rally and it would have been difficult to readily identify her except that Jordan noticed that she was wearing a distinctive hoodie that she used to wear all the time at work. RBB Company has experienced harassment issues where members of visible minorities were bullied. Although Rachel was never part of this harassment, RBB Company wants to set a new tone to ensure that everyone knows that the company is taking harassment and discrimination seriously.
