Rafael wants to purchase a new car for his soon-to-be wife, Estelle, as a wedding present. After searching for the brand of car that he wants, he settles for Gillton Westward branded car. He goes to meet the dealer, Wilson, and explains that the car is a wedding gift for his bride. Wilson congratulates Rafael and asks what he is looking for in a car. Rafael explains that his wedding suit will be all white with small light blue accents here and there and so it is important that the car matches his outfit as he will be standing in front of the car during the ceremony before surprising Estelle with the gift and he wants to make sure she becomes suspicious about the car's presence at the ceremony. Wilson nods and tells Rafael that it is a wonderful idea. Rafael also says that there are some other requirements for the car. He would like the steering wheel to be replaced with an extra padded, faux fur lined wheel because he knows that Estelle has wanted one for years. Also he would like the words, 'just married' engraved at the back of the car with small crystal details. Wilson takes notes and says that the dealer can certainly do that. Rafael is very pleased and pays for the car on the spot. One month later, the day before the wedding, Rafael gets a call that the car is ready for pick-up. When he goes to the dealer to see the car, he is absolutely aghast. The car is buttercup and not white and there are no blue details at all. Further the wheel is the original Gillton Westward wheel and not the faux fur one that he asked for. And finally, at the back of the car, the words 'happy birthday' have been printed in harsh black letters. Rafael complains to Wilson, but Wilson says that a car is a car and they delivered a genuine Gillton Westward branded car.
