Rahmat drew a cheque in favour of mouth for RM1, 000. While writing the cheque,

he received a call from his mother, and he forgot to sign the cheque. When mouth

received the cheque from Rahmat, he forged the signature of Andrew and went to

the bank to cash the cheque. The bank made the payment on the cheque to mouth

Advise Rahmat whether he could sue the bank to recover the money debited from

his account.
