Raif, aged 17, has just enrolled in Bestari College to pursue his studies in architecture. He ordered a laptop with the latest graphic design, and video editing features worth RM12,000 from Apple Techno Ltd. Two weeks later, Apple Techno Ltd. informed Raif that the laptop had arrived, and Raif has to make payment. Raif failed to pay it as he did not have enough money at that time.
