Raja Young ("Raja"), a minor, recently celebrated his 17' birthday. Raja was inspired by the success stories of Tik Tok singers who are younger than 17. He saw an advertisement promoting an online course entitled "How to Rap". He watched the preview of the course on the website. Raja emailed the instructor, Mr. Patrick Teo ("Patrick"), expressing his interest in taking the online course. Patrick replied that his course is a bestseller and more than 2,000 students successfully completed the course. Raja signed up for the full course comprising of 3 on-demand videos, 4 articles, 5 downloadable resources, full lifetime access and certificate of completion. Raja paid $1,000 using his debit card. The first 3 on-demand videos were merely compilation of Patrick's interviews with successful local rappers on tips about rapping. The video clips were badly edited with poor sound quality. The 4 articles were links to articles written by foreign rappers promoting their own albums. The 5 downloadable resources were links to a library of educational raps.
