Ralph Ramsey insured his car with Allstate insurance.He also owned house on which he maintained the insurance homeowners policy with Allstate.Bank of America had a mortgage on the house and paid insurance premium on the homeowners policy from Ralphs's account.After Ralph died Allstate canceled the car insurance ,Ralph soons inhered the house .The bank continues paying the premiums on the homeowner's policy but from Douglas account and Alsttae renew the insurance.When fired destroyed house Allstate denied to converge,however claiming that the policy was still on Ralph name.Douglas filed a suit federal district court against the insurer. Was Allstate liable under the homeowner's policy?Please explain.
