Ramkrishna joined in TCS on 1st Jan 2018 with a consolidated wage of Rs. 30,000/- per month. He was on probation for two years. On 1st Nov 2019, his post was redundant. Hence, he had been terminated on 1st Nov 2019. TCS has to give one-month notice and to pay him compensation as per the ID Act.
