Ran is a member of a Capstone 1 team. He is a "take control" kind of person and often will dominate discussions during the team meetings. He has been known to dismiss others' ideas in favour of his own. This causes some of the quieter team members to hold back on their ideas as they feel insecure about sharing them. When meetings end early, Ran will proudly tell the others it is a result of his ability to get things done fast.
