Rando does not use his emergency brake and parks on a steep hill in San Francisco. Nor does he have the tires facing the curb. Half an hour after he parked, the automobile rolled down the hill, hit a curb and crashed into a store front. The store had three clients and a clerk who jumped out of the way when they saw the car crashing through the store front window. One client went over the counter and broke a leg and another client dropped to the floor and a display fell on him causing major medical damages. Do either of these injured clients have a claim against Rando and why?
