Rather than participate in a large group discussion, I want you to focus on your small team project group. Schedule a time that you can all be available to do the compass points activity together and compile one document that answers the following (you can discuss the questions on the activity, but write up ONE document for the team that answers the questions below):

1. What is each team member's compass point? Why did they choose that description?
2. What is each team member's secondary compass point (if applicable)? And again, why?
3. What individual style does each member find hard to work with?
4. In light of your team member's working style, what skill may be missing from your team? What might you have too much of?
5. How can you best work together?
6. What will you try to avoid?
