Raven Apartments is a Canadian Apartment rental company that is looking to find ways to improve its services to improve customer satisfaction.The company requires us to develop for it a new system development life cycle that will help find problems in the companys current system enabling us find suitable solutions hence helping it attain one of its goals which is to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
