Ravi joined in XXX on 1^st Jan 2018 with a consolidated wage of Rs. 30,000/- per month. He was on probation for two years. On 1^st Nov 2019, his post was redundant. Hence, he had been terminated on 1^st Nov 2019. XXX has to give one-month notice and to pay him compensation as per the ID Act. In the meantime, it was found that his wage was revised in the month of Aug 31^st, 2019. Hence, he received Rs. 36,000/- per month for the month of Sept and Oct 2019.
