Hence, he had been terminated on 1st Nov 2019. XXX has to give one-month notice and to pay him compensation as per the ID Act. In the meantime, it was found that his wage was revised in the month of Aug 31st, 2019. Hence, he received Rs. 36,000/- per month for the month of Sept and Oct 2019.
