• Raymond and ganesh head of two different departments in the same organization .raymond problem with ganesh is that the latter is taking staff from his department with out is approval on the other hand ganesh feels that he is doing the right thing by taking the staff from raymond over staffed department the situation is copounded by the fact that most of the people who work under raymond are asking to be transfered while raymond feels that his department is not overstaffed he feels that ganesh is interferri ng with his duties while ganesh is sure that raymond would do well with a learner workforce jay the director has to help resolve the conflict between two managers after the bitterly confront eachother in his presence apart from ganesh and raymond view points the director considers harsh opinion about conflict harsh is the immediate lab manager who has recently replaced by raymond he had the same problem that raymond has with ganesh but he was able to take care of them with out directly confronting ganesh 1. analyze the conflict situation in given case identify the type of conflicy
