The writer is employed by a nonprofit organization where mentors are accessible to provide assistance and guidance with ideas and leadership for both the writer and other individuals. The writer would describe her experience as positive, as she engaged in fruitful discussions with other authors and received valuable guidance to refine her thoughts and leave a lasting impact on her colleagues. The writer considers mentors as highly skilled persons whom one should consistently seek out for guidance and support.
