Not only has the structure changed but there have been advancements through technology. In ancient times there were limited use of computers, and today event venues have an IT department or outside contractor. With the technology tickets are no longer sold at box ofces but are sold online through emails. Until the 19705 in venues there were no premium seating (VIP seating, cltib seats), today premium seating is extremely critical for revenue drive.
