For example, a company may want to learn more about how supervisors function in a facility in the U.S. The study could be simple, and quality might not be as crucial as just that group (Holton & Burnett, 2005). However, suppose the company wants to study supervisors and apply it generally to their supervisors worldwide. The study and quality will become more critical and complex in that case.
