Unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled. If we have a large amount of unskilled workers in our current facility then we can assume that it will require a larger support structure to train, monitor and find replacements for these workers. Semi-skilled and skilled workers have a higher level of independence and can work with less supervision than unskilled. If we are going to have multiple facilities then we will also need to determine if each facility is going to have its own HR department or if we are going to operate out of one central location with a few satellite offices within each facility.
