re write:The process used to complete the swot analysis was looking at all internal and externalfactors that would benefit and affect the health improvement plan and evaluating howrealistic each one is. All stakeholders gathered and made a list of all factors that canbenefit the HIP. We discussed the reality of each one and if it was attainable. We alsodiscussed the list of factors that can negatively impact the HIP and how it would hindereffectively implementing the HIP. The way the factors were identified was by thestakeholders discussing the steps needed to implement the HIP and how other areas ofthe organization are currently being affected by similar factors. The external factor thatcan facilitate the implementation of this project would be the financial factor. The reasonI think this will have a positive impact on the HIP is that the organization will gainfinancial reimbursement from the insurance companies if these measures are met. Byhaving a financial reimbursement then all others external and internal factors will beable to be implanted
