Read and comment on the Mckinsey article "Making Data Analytics work for you - instead of the
other way around" by Mayhew, H., Saleh, T. and Williams, S. (Oct 2016) (Links to an external site.),
then complete the following:
1.In a paragraph or two, explain how executive management must first identify, and articulate the
purpose of a data analytics project before translating it into action and tie it with the steps explained
in the lecture we had on identifying and eliciting information before visualization.
2. Once a data analytic project is launched describe briefly, based on the article, at least three of the
best practices that can be adopted to ensure "performance' and long term success.
