Read "Drugs" and "The Case for Slavery." There are many sides to the drug problem and, correspondingly, more arguments about solving this problem. Review both arguments and writing samples and answer the following questions. 

Are these programs working? Would our society be better off without them? 

Would it help to increase funding to strengthen these measures further?
