Discuss your experiences in real life. How have you observed businesses, brands, or even just other people dealing with delivering good and bad news? Or perhaps having bad news, but attempting to "sugar coat" it as good news? Have you had salespeople attempt to "lowball" or "bait-and-switch" in your experience?
