1b. How can your discipline's code of ethics guide leaders and professionals in dealing with the issue you have chosen? Share specific examples from the code to support your ideas.

1c. If your chosen ethical issue has been in the news, let us know and consider sharing a news story from within the past one to two years for added perspective.
