A risk management plan defines how your project's risk management process will be executed. It usually includes risk strategy, methodology, roles and responsibilities, risk categories, risk appetite, risk probability and impact values, tools, funding and risk reporting format and frequency, and other items. It describes how risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring activities will be performed.

Prepare a Risk Management Plan describing how your risk management plan will be executed. At a minimum, include:

• Overview and purpose
• Risk Identification
• Risk Analysis
• Risk Response
• Risk Monitoring and Controlling
