The main objectives of the research are those of analyzing the leadership styles of female HR managers; examining the link between gender and leadership styles in HR managers over time; to assessing if a change in leadership styles occurs over the career development trajectory.

2. Many employees of small and medium enterprises in Australia hardly undertake a task that is not part of their contractual tasks. They neither offer support to colleagues and employees nor offer extra support to the organization. Many employees attribute their behavior to the bad treatment they receive from their supervisors and their lack of support from their supervisors. This suggests that leadership style can impact organizational citizenship behavior, however, there is little study to examine leadership styles and organizational citizenship behavior.
A study is being conducted to ascertain the relationship between leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior. Specifically, the study examines the relationship between ethical leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior. It also assesses the relationship between supervisor support and organizational citizenship behavior.
