In relation to the above sources, do you agree or disagree with the below statement? Why?

"Japanese culture has expectations of its workers, they emphasise the success of the entire company rather than the success of an individual, this is why 63% of workers feel guilty for taking paid time off. The norm for when the country was experiencing high economic growth was long working hours and structured hierarchies, but that is no longer necessary due to technological growth, yet it is still ingrained within the culture. We can use the production model of an individual to explain why the Japanese productivity levels are still amongst the lowest in productivity amongst the G7 nations, as the input grows, the marginal rate of transformation declines. Japan faces a cultural problem rather than an employee problem. People don't want to be the first to leave the office. Additionally, the size oft he Japanese economy must be perpetually working in order to sustain it. As the population of Japan ages, and birthrate is in decline, Japan faces a labour crisis."
